Commercial Sites Have your spot at the Camden Show 2027 Camden Show Commercial Prospectus & Applications PROCESS 1 - 2026 STALL HOLDERS Commercial Site Applications for the 2027 Camden Show will be emailed to 2026 stall holders by the 15th September 2026. Please email commercials@camdenshow.com if you do not receive the email. Completed applications must be received by no later than Tuesday 6th October to secure your site for 2027. PROCESS 2 - New Site holders Commercial Applications for the 2027 Camden Show will open on Wednesday 7th October. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application within 7 days. Please email commercials@camdenshow.com if you do not receive the confirmation email. Please read the Terms and Conditions prior to completing the application form. 2026 Commercial Site Map The Camden Show has always had a great mix of commercial and trade display sites and next year will be no exception. There is a waiting list each year for sites in the commercial area as it’s a great location for local businesses to promote themselves and their products. From lawnmowers of all sizes, tractors, landscaping companies, caravans and cars there is bound to be something of interest for everyone - whether you are living in the suburbs or out on a property. There will be plenty of food vendors at the 2027 Camden Show, with the obligatory Dagwood dog a must, through to more gourmet experiences - you could literally eat yourself around the world! Lots of healthy choices as well as the usual Show food. Each year the President presents awards for outstanding displays in the following categories: Commercial, Community, Attractions & Education, Style Pavilion plus the President’s Award. Presidents From the President On behalf of the Camden Show Society’s committee and members it is with pleasure that I welcome you to the 140th annual Camden Show. Although our show spans just two days each year, the committee has dedicated the last twelve months to reviewing 2025 and planning for 2026 so that the Camden Show continues to deliver high-quality entertainment while remaining relevant in today’s world. Our goal is to deliver an assortment of exhibits, competitions and events that capture rural life in our district both past and present. “Still a Country Show” has been the Society’s longstanding motto, and it reflects our commitment to honouring our agricultural heritage. Agriculture has played an integral role in shaping our region and will continue to be at the heart of our community well into the future. This year’s competitions will feature Dairy and Beef Cattle, Goats, Sheep, Alpacas, Sheep Dog Trials and Woodchop, along with Arts, Crafts, Cooking and a variety of impressive displays in the Show Hall each a testament to the creativity and talent of our community. The 2026 Show brings back all the much-loved favorites, including Racing Pigs, Sheep Dog demonstrations, and our popular Reptile, Sheep Shearing and Milking displays presented each presented at multiple times throughout the show, so everyone has a chance to attend. Two big days of family fun with many exciting events and something for everybody. As always, carnival rides will be operating throughout the duration of the show and of course, a wide variety of food options will be available across the showground with areas to sit and relax. On Friday night, get ready for an adrenaline-pumping experience with the Rodeo brought to you by Xtreme Bulls. This exhilarating event showcases the skill and bravery of riders as they attempt to conquer spirited bulls, making for a thrilling spectacle that is sure to leave you on the edge of your seat. For those that wish to lay back under the stars to watch the Rodeo, make your way into the Main Arena to catch all the action on the Big Screen. The Poultry Pavilion promises a feathered spectacle, showcasing an array of poultry breeds, along with our Farm Produce display in our newly refurbished pavilion. The two days of Show Jumping in the Main Arena along with many other Equestrian competitions provide great ringside entertainment for the whole family. Don’t forget to drop into the Style Pavilion and Country Bar to peruse locally made wares and try locally produced delicacies and refreshments. As the sun sets on Saturday night, prepare to be awe-struck by the dazzling fireworks display in the main arena presented by the best in the business - Foti Fireworks. This spectacular show of lights is a fitting conclusion to two full days filled with excitement and entertainment. To facilitate a show of this size would not be possible without tremendous support from our community. Camden Show is supported annually by more than 400 volunteers and the generosity of our many local business sponsors. Your commitment to our community and its traditions is truly commendable. Camden Show has so much happening all the time with things to see and do. Some main happenings are Friday 4pm - Main Street Parade Friday 7pm - Rodeo by Xtreme Bulls Australia Saturday 4pm - Grand Parade in the main Arena Saturday 5pm - Night Show Saturday 9pm - Fireworks! Check out our Program of Events and 60 included activities below for more info! Safety Around Animals Although most show animals are domesticated, they can cause injury and should be treated with caution. The size and bulk of some animals can make them potentially dangerous. Please advise young children of the following: • Do not make any sudden movements or loud noises. This may startle the animals. • Do not poke or tease animals or imitate the sound an animal makes. • Only touch animals if the owner is present and gives his or her permission to do so. • Do not stand behind the animals. • Quietly speak to the animal as you approach to avoid frightening the animal. • Move slowly in single file when around animals. Cows can see nearly 360 degrees without moving their heads. A quick movement from behind is just as likely to frighten them as a movement from the front. • Allow enough space between yourself and the animals to avoid being stepped on, kicked or bitten. • Be extra careful around small newborn animals. Adult females are more aggressive when protecting their young. • Touch animals gently. Do not push or shove. • Very young children, particularly in prams, should not be moved close to an animal and the child should not be encouraged to pat. • Wash hands thoroughly immediately after touching animals. As with any outdoor entertainment, the fireworks display is subject to change or cancellation without notice due to adverse weather conditions, safety, or other operational reasons. The Camden Show team will do our best to update patrons of potential entertainment changes where possible. Fireworks are at approximately 9pm on Saturday evening.
