Please email commercials@camdenshow.com if you do not receive the email. Completed applications must be received by no later than Tuesday 6th October to secure your site for 2027. PROCESS 2 - New Site holders Commercial Applications for the 2027 Camden Show will open on Wednesday 7th October. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application within 7 days. Please email commercials@camdenshow.com if you do not receive the confirmation email. Please read the Terms and Conditions prior to completing the application form. 2026 Commercial Site Map The Camden Show has always had a great mix of commercial and trade display sites and next year will be no exception. There is a waiting list each year for sites in the commercial area as it’s a great location for local businesses to promote themselves and their products. From lawnmowers of all sizes, tractors, landscaping companies, caravans and cars there is bound to be something of interest for everyone - whether you are living in the suburbs or out on a property. There will be plenty of food vendors at the 2027 Camden Show, with the obligatory Dagwood dog a must, through to more gourmet experiences - you could literally eat yourself around the world! Lots of healthy choices as well as the usual Show food. Each year the President presents awards for outstanding displays in the following categories: Commercial, Community, Attractions & Education, Style Pavilion plus the President’s Award. Camden Show has so much happening all the time with things to see and do. Some main happenings are Friday 4pm - Main Street Parade Friday 7pm - Rodeo by Xtreme Bulls Australia Saturday 4pm - Grand Parade in the main Arena Saturday 5pm - Night Show Saturday 9pm - Fireworks! Safety Around Animals Although most show animals are domesticated, they can cause injury and should be treated with caution. The size and bulk of some animals can make them potentially dangerous. Please advise young children of the following: • Do not make any sudden movements or loud noises. This may startle the animals. • Do not poke or tease animals or imitate the sound an animal makes. • Only touch animals if the owner is present and gives his or her permission to do so. • Do not stand behind the animals. • Quietly speak to the animal as you approach to avoid frightening the animal. • Move slowly in single file when around animals. Cows can see nearly 360 degrees without moving their heads. A quick movement from behind is just as likely to frighten them as a movement from the front. • Allow enough space between yourself and the animals to avoid being stepped on, kicked or bitten. • Be extra careful around small newborn animals. Adult females are more aggressive when protecting their young. • Touch animals gently. Do not push or shove. • Very young children, particularly in prams, should not be moved close to an animal and the child should not be encouraged to pat. • Wash hands thoroughly immediately after touching animals. Hand sanitiser and washing facilities are provided. Planning your day There is a lot to see and do on the main arena and around the grounds. As with any outdoor entertainment, the fireworks display is subject to change or cancellation without notice due to adverse weather conditions, safety, or other operational reasons. The Camden Show team will do our best to update patrons of potential entertainment changes where possible. Fireworks are at approximately 9pm on Saturday evening. The Camden Show Young Woman Competition The Young Woman Competition (formerly known as The Showgirl Competition) honours exceptional young women who are passionate about agriculture, community involvement, and leadership. Entrants are judged on their rural and general knowledge, presentation and communication skills, and ambassadorial qualities. The winner of the competition represents the Camden Show locally and competes at the Zone Finals, with the chance to progress to the prestigious AgShows NSW Young Woman Competition at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
