The 2010 Camden Show held on Friday 19th & Saturday 20th March was regarded as a resounding success by all.
The grounds looked fantastic and the atmosphere was electric and the weather was very hot but at least we stayed dry. No major incidents were reported and the feedback has been extremely positive form organizers, exhibitors, commercial exhibits and show goers alike.
The Night Show & Rodeo were a great success as was the new emphasis on schools and education, show jumping, livestock sections and entertainment pavilion, just to name a few. Most sections had record numbers of entries as we hope to improve on this for next year again.
Thanks to the committee members and their bands of volunteers the various sections of the show were well organised and presented.
We had a fantastic weekend, and all in all it was a resounding success
- Gate and Membership very strong
- Groundspace & Sponsorship - extremely well supported
- Livestock, horse & pavilion entries very strong with some records broken in beef cattle and poultry
